Having always been a foodie it was always hard for me to maintain my weight. I was initially extremely overweight and had an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. Then I made up my mind and decided I had to do it., I had to lose weight. I lost 36kgs over a period of 6 months. I have made all the mistakes possible during my initial days of training and have learned a lot from it. It is now my goal to help prevent others from making the same mistakes I made in the past and help you get fitter and stronger the correct way.
I am now an ISSA certified fitness coach,specialist in fitness nutrition, and a Master Functional Trainer(MFT)
